सूचना | कक्षा 10 पंजीकरण फॉर्म जमा करने के संबंध में

Dear Parents, (Class-X Session 2026-27)

The Class X registration forms have been issued to the students. Kindly check the forms thoroughly and verify all the details carefully against the students’ and parents’ official documents, such as the Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Passport (if applicable).

Please ensure that all information is correct and matches the supporting documents before submitting the forms.

Please note that the student’s Admit card marksheet will be generated based on the details provided in this registration form. Therefore, it is very important to ensure that all information is correct. Once the form is confirmed by you, no corrections will be accepted .

After carefully verifying the form, kindly submit the duly checked/verified form along with the prescribed fee (mentioned on School APP) within three days without fail, as the last date for submission is approaching.

If you have any problem regarding details kindly meet personally in school office.

प्रिय अभिभावकों,
कक्षा10 (सत्र 2026-27)

कक्षा 10 के पंजीकरण फॉर्म विद्यार्थियों को वितरित कर दिए गए हैं। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि फॉर्म को ध्यानपूर्वक जाँचें तथा उसमें अंकित सभी विवरणों का सत्यापन विद्यार्थी एवं अभिभावकों के आधिकारिक दस्तावेजों, जैसे जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड तथा पासपोर्ट (यदि लागू हो) के अनुसार सावधानीपूर्वक करें।

कृपया फॉर्म जमा करने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि फॉर्म में दर्ज सभी जानकारी संबंधित दस्तावेजों के अनुसार पूर्णतः सही है।

कृपया ध्यान दें कि विद्यार्थी का एडमिट कार्ड एवं मार्कशीट इसी पंजीकरण फॉर्म में दिए गए विवरणों के आधार पर तैयार किए जाएंगे। इसलिए फॉर्म में दर्ज प्रत्येक जानकारी का सही होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। एक बार फॉर्म की पुष्टि आपके द्वारा कर दिए जाने के बाद किसी भी प्रकार का संशोधन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

फॉर्म को अच्छी तरह जाँच एवं सत्यापित करने के पश्चात दुरुस्त/सत्यापित फॉर्म निर्धारित शुल्क के साथ (शुल्क की जानकारी स्कूल ऐप पर उपलब्ध है) तीन दिनों के भीतर अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करें, क्योंकि फॉर्म जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि निकट है।

यदि फॉर्म में दिए गए किसी विवरण को लेकर कोई समस्या या संशय हो, तो कृपया विद्यालय कार्यालय में व्यक्तिगत रूप से संपर्क करें।
